I’ve attended a lot of conferences in our movement and I can attest that every event is a divine encounter with our God and a confirmation of my calling to be a light and salt of this world. This year, everyone is excited to be part of a huge gathering of students all over Asia and that is “IGNITE 2015”.

Uncensored: What is God’s View of Sex?

The world has formed a very unhealthy, distorted and destructive perspective of sex. What was once a distinct line between purity and sin has been pushed back, and certain views that are not aligned with God’s word have not become the norm.

As disciples, we often battle with the idea: Are we to accept the world’s standards, or should we battle for God’s view of sex?

In this series, we will look into what God’s view of sex is. How is sexual immorality an idol? Who has the authority to define what sex is? And how do we live pure and holy lives?

Run, Walk, Sow: The Next Generation Victory Challenge

Getting healthy is the rage nowadays, and if you’re not into running, we bet you’re at least into walking.

Walking is a great way to get your blood pumping, not to mention see your calories burn. That Ramboys Lechon you just finished off? Burn a little of it by walking.

Maybe you think that walking is for the weak, and you do something more challenging: You run. You actually RUN.

And that’s awesome.

Just as we at Victory Iloilo work to help God take care of your souls, as well as empower you to help God take care of other people’s souls, as well, we’re opening another avenue to take care of you. We’re taking you on a FUN RUN!

On November 29, 2014, Victory Iloilo, in partnership with The SM Store and Christian Runners of Iloilo, is hosting the “Next Generation Victory Challenge.”

The Next Generation Victory Challenge is not just an avenue to get healthy. It is also an avenue to sow to the Lord, an opportunity to be blessed according to your generosity.

All the proceeds will go to the expansion of Victory Iloilo’s worship center. This is your chance to let the Lord multiply your seed, while getting healthy, too.

Marathon 1

There will be four races in all:

  • 3 KM
  • 5 KM
  • 10 KM
  • 16 KM

The 16-KM race is also known as the “Victory Challenge,” where all finishers will get a free T-Shirt.

Marathon 2

You may register at any of these three venues:

  • Victory Iloilo, Paseo de Arcangeles, Benigno Aquino Drive
  • Toby’s at SM City Iloilo
  • RunClub at Robinson’s and Plazuela

Registration Fees Are At:

  • 3 KM – Php 250
  • 5 KM – Php 300
  • 10 KM – Php 350
  • 16 KM – Php 550

So if you want to know how far your body can go, in terms of endurance and grit, and be blessed and a blessing as well, this is your chance to do all that and more, with the Next Generation Victory Challenge.
